Dell attributed the performance to higher unit shipments of products such as servers, storage devices and PCs."<br /><br />Once again, they don't divulge details on how much of this was due to the Axim's success.<br /><br />"As for new products, Dell said its Axim handheld device had 'sold quite well.' The personal digital assistant exceeded expectations, but the company declined to say by how much."

I would be surprised if the Axim has produced any profit that would register as yet (not enough profit from units shipped by the point at which these figures were produced to offset set-up costs etc.) The effect of Axim sales is more likely to be seen in the next quarter's figures.
