I´ve been woking with the PDA for almost two years , and all has gone without problems.
One month ago i tried to connect the pda as always, via usb, and when i connect it, W2000 displays a message saying that "a new usb device has been detected, but no driver is available".
How can i extract the info from the pda? I can´t access the files or sync the data. I´ve tried soft reseting the device, using another base, another PC, reinstalled the Active sync, used other OS (xp, w2k server..) but nothing seems to work ...
