5455 and spb's Full Screen Keyboard 1.4

I purchased this product to use with my PPC Phone Edition, and since I was having problems with the PPCPE, I bought a iPaq5455, and installed it on that.

Their tech support told me that there were no known problems with that software on that device, but to install it in main memory, so I did.

I've had numerous problems with this app not being accessable unless I do a soft reset. Is there an update available or what am I doing wrong?

I've only gotten to use this software once or twice, as the small keyboard shows up when I want to use it (unless I do a soft restart).

It's annoying to pay for software that doesn't work...I guess that's what I get for $9.95, huh?

Has ANYONE gotten this to work reliably on their PPCPE or 5455?

I'm sorry to hear about your problems - I'm not aware of any incompatibilities with the 5450, but I don't have one yet, so I haven't tried this out myself. Please email [email protected] and CC me ([email protected]) and we'll get this sorted out!
