Good eye. 8) I'll make it easier. :wink: This is fun... by the way, there's no color tampering with the pics at all and the images are completely made from the pics. They're as is. Squared of course, and the transparent ones may have a white background, but that's all. Here's hoping I don't get an email/phonecall from my isp about bandwidth usage. :)

Err, well no... but it does mean you had the needed colors of blue. bright blueish white and black. :wink:

Well, I think I could do it by hand if I had to. :) But yeah, it's on the same site as BG Ascii. Does quite a sweet job with the images you supply it. Trick is just getting the right images and the right settings. Not exactly push button, but extremely well programmed. Some of the examples are incredible.

Well, I think I could do it by hand if I had to. :)

For a computer graphics class I took my teacher made me do a photo mosic of my self using photoshop using a couple hundred pictures I took around the school. Needless to say, by the end of the project my teacher let the class cheat a little and modify the colors of our photos to fit. I wish I'd know about that program then.

I didn't find my icon in any of the images. Bummer. :-( I guess either none of them needed an overdose of pink, or Rirath figured my icon showed up too much as it is. :lol:

If you want to do it yourself, download the program from the link on the first page. Here's the mosaic library I put together with a little over 200 PPCT avatars... Avatar.mzb (http://home.insightbb.com/~tonyp/avatar.mzb) Avatar.cdx (http://home.insightbb.com/~tonyp/avatar.CDX)

I think that'll work, and I think you only need the .mzb.

Fzara, sorry man... whatever that dude is on your avatar, it's way too small for something like this. Besides, simple avatars make for dull repeating images. :| Which is why Jason's worked the best. (Anyone wanting a unique avatar, hint, go pink and or red. :wink: ) Man... if this keeps up I'll have a mosaic of mosaics. Nearly 2000 views, thanks all. :D

Way too green and monotone to turn out. The link and database is right there if ya feel like expanding it. :wink:
But wait... This (http://home.insightbb.com/~tonyp/hulksmash.htm) is much cooler. 8) Here's (http://home.insightbb.com/~tonyp/hulk2.html) a smooth version that uses the regular ascii methods+color instead of just random chars+coor, but be warned it's known to crash browsers. (Probably too many tags to load into memory.)
