It's been moved. By the way, this is *far* from the only hoax on the Internet, you know. Symantec has cataloged the virus-like (http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/hoax.html) ones.
In general, if you get something in email with no links or substantiating information, it's likely to be a hoax.

Do a search on "virus hoax" (most ant-virus sites keep an updated list of these)....

Yeah, everytime a virus hoax hits, a few people in my firm panic and forward it on. I got burned myself by the now-classic "Good Times" virus many years ago.
Nowadays, I never pay any attention to a virus warning unless confirmed by the likes of MS, Symantec, etc.

is the best place to send panicked friends and family when the send you masses of warnings that contain the words "send this to everyone in your address book".
It doesn't make them smarter, but in my exprience, if you send them there everytime, they eventually stop sending you warnings.
