best way to contact dell?

I am eagerly waiting for my Axim to arrive. I ordered in mid january and recieved an email from dell saying they would ship on or before jan 30th.

What have you all found to be the best way to contact dell to inquire about order status???

Automated order status at 800-433-9014, live person at 800-915-3355. Be prepared for a long wait if you want a live person though; sometimes they get really busy. The automated system is great. Once your Axim ships you can get the tracking number from there.

The order status phone line is the most accurate and up-to-date. Sometimes the real people check the online order status which tends to be behind.
