To the best of my knowledge, the 928 WDA was released, but only in England (or maybe Europe). According to Expansys (http://www.expansys.com/product.asp?code=HP_928), it has been discontinued.

No, not a stupid question. What happened is when Compaq and HP merged they discontinued the Jornada line (hence Jornada 928 was and is the last model) and they decided to keep the branded "iPAQ" instead. They have focused all of their attention into the "iPAQ" line and hoped to bring a little bit of the best qualities from both devices; however, I've yet to see a flip cover that was solely used on the Jornada that made it notorious. So, that's why it's been "discontinued" although you may be able to get it on eBay, overseas at one of their retail shops or just by plain luck. But remember, no support. And you have to ask yourself if it's worth it or not...
