Upon powering the iPAQ Pocket PC, the backlight may fail to illuminate

DESCRIPTION
When applying power to the iPAQ H3800 Series Pocket PC, the backlight may fail to illuminate. Holding down the power button to engage the backlight may not provide resolution.
This issue is typically experienced after the unit has been off for several hours. The backlight may function correctly after a normal reset or an adjustment to the backlight settings, but may fail again if the unit is powered off for some time.

iPAQ H3800 Series Pocket PC, models: H3835, H3850, H3870 & H3875 with Serial Number 4G25DW33Axxx and earlier.
