Unfortunately, the majority of the games mentioned are for PalmOS devices, not the Pocket PC. Including Mobile Civilization, sadly... :(

Mobile Civilization is being ported to Pocket PC by the same team, it's on their site as a work in progress although I don't know if development has actually started or they have just made the announcement only.

Last time I asked them, it was an announcement only - as far as I'm aware they don't have a Pocket PC themselves. But maybe things have changed... :)
