Backup battery

I would appreciate any general info on the backup battery that comes with the Axim. Mine has been at 80% for a while now. I looked at the manual and it says the backup battery is not rechargeable. I guess I'm wondering what causes a drain of the power in the backup battery, and is there any way to recharge it? Thanks in advance.

Basically don't worry about it, we all worried when we first got it (you can search for the discussion we have already had on this topic). I found it will not go below 70-80% and fluctuates mine has gone back to 100% once or twice. If you go lower than that then you can worry.
