I have an h5450 and i want to control the Proccessor speed, like the (if i don't remember wrong) Dell Axim.
I mean, I don't want to do overclocking, i just want to do some battery saving.
Any ideas how to do this?
Or the only solution for my problem is the "Hack Master"?

The application posted on the site (a link to the site is found in thread linked to above) on the left site, called "Speed Stepper" or something, that lets you toggle thru the various clock-speeds. I think there's a version, a little down the page, that is for 400 MHz XScale devices .

Yup - I use Turbo Tray on my HP 1910 - it's a nifty little app, and works great. I (pretty obviously) don't use it to underclock the already not-quite-superfast 200 MHz 1910 - I mainly use it to toggle to 300 MHz "Turbo" mode when using Pocket IE (pages render faster), or playing music and doing other stuff at the same time (prevents skips on high-bps-mp3 files).
