Dell D-Pad Patch???

I can't seem to find a working url for the d-pad patch. I found the past thread with the FTP site, but it doesnt seem to be working at the moment. Anywhere else I can find this patch?? Thanks!

It looks like they took it down. It is also missing from the downloads page at http://support.dell.com.
