There is no command prompt on PPC, unless you install PocketDOS (http://www.pocketdos.com/), which isn't really the same thing. But you can open a "Run" dialog box similiar to the one on desktop.

1. Go to "Today" screen
2. Hold down the "Action" button (on iPAQ, it means hold down the navigation pad).
3. Tap-and-hold on the clock.
4. Release the button and a context menu will pop-up.
5. Select Run.
