why are all off topic forums basically OS forums

in every PDA site i go to, i see an off-topic forum. the thing is, in every off-topic forum, its not really off topic, but it is computer OS's and comptuer moding. granted, i only go here, and PIC, so my horizons arent to broad. bye bye firefly (i made that up myself)

Hmm. Hang out around here longer, you'll find that's not the situation here. We've done only one or two case mod threads. As for other subjects right now in Off-Topic, there are Wallpapers, Avatar choices, the Matrix Reloaded trailer, Cobras and Mustangs... wouldn't call those OS'es ;)

Also, remember: this is a site that deals primarily with Pocket PC, everything else is really considered "Off-Topic" here...
