Good imaging app

Does anyone out there know any good imaging apps for the pocket pc? I just got PocketBlinds and I would like to create skins directly on my ipaq. Pocket Artist and Photogenics are nice programs, but they are $50. Pocket Painter from Adeim? isn't good enough. Is there a beta or something that I can get for free?
