Any reason you specifically want the HP one? The low res Pretec one can be had new for about $100 and seems to have better software (movie mode included). The camera specs are about the same, and you will have drivers that will work on any PPC with a CF capability, not just the Jornada.

There are about three CF cameras on MobilePlanet's site. I think you can find some reviews on this site on the Pretec camera with the search feature. There is one that will cost you a bit more, but is a 1.3Mp camera rather than a .35 like this one and the HP.
