You can download skins for WMP from Microsoft (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/software/pocket/custom.aspx). The one's at the bottom will only play audio but the ones at the top will play both video and audio. There is also instructions on how to make your own skins.

http://www.phm.lu/PocketPC/WMPSkins/ has a few as does http://www.pdagold.com/themes/. Other than those, there aren't too many sites that have skins.
