I uninstalled WisBar, now I get a WisBar error when I soft reset. Help??

I uninstalled WisBar, now I get a WisBar error when I soft reset. :( The error states that wisbar cannot be located. How do remove it from startup? Is there a "win.ini" or ".reg" equivilant that I can edit?

Look in \windows\StartUp
There is a shortcut to WisBAR which start every time you do a soft reset.

Nevermind. :? I found it. There was a shortcut in startup.
