Could HP's support web site be any lamer? Bought my wife a 1910 for Christmas; she called me at work today, panicked because it was hung, even power switch wouldn't work (welcome to Windows.) I couldn't remember exactly where the reset switch was, and she couldn't find it (yeah, we're both boneheads.) I said, "Hang on, I'll call you back in a few", and went to www.hp.com to grab the PDF of the Getting Started guide so I could describe to her exactly where the switch was.

Ha ha. The guide wasn't there. For all intents and purposes, there was nothing there. A link to Support for the H1910 that leads to nothing. I call her back, thinking about the removeable battery. "Pull the battery; that'll reset it." (I already mentioned I'm a bonehead.) Oh yeah, it reset. Hard. Wiped clean. Nice.

Help me out here, HP. This product is here; support should be too.
