Internal ram upgrade?

After seeing this mentioned on the index page of pocketpcthought.com I was wondering if anyone has ever had their e310 or any other pocket pc upgraded like this? 32mb ram upgrade to 64 or 128, is this possible? Look at this link http://www.pocketpctechs.com/e310up.asp

From their FAQ " PPC2002 does not support the 128MB natively, so our proprietary driver is still required. We have also found that by using our driver, the data transfer rate is substantially faster when saving to our disk instead of the normal internal RAM storage. "
