Phantom reminders

My Axim keeps playing/displaying phantom reminders at 8:25 a.m. and now at 8:55 a.m. I've gone back through my calendar and tasks and can't find anything for those times. Anyone have any idea what the heck is happening?

Thanks, Steve...things got entered by other folks who just HAD to play with my Axim when they saw it...I have weekly massages entered, golf games (I don't even play golf), lunches, dinners, movies, etc., etc., etc. Since I hadn't set any alarm I didn't think to look there, but that's where they were.

I don't see how to delete the alarms other than unchecking the boxes. Is that all I can do?

Definitely sounds like daily alarms as opposed to appointments / tasks.
