Can the ipaq sleeve connector be adapted to a pcmcia card with a cable?

Can the sleeve connector at the bottom of the ipaq, be adapted to a pcmcia card with a cable? (don't want a sleeve) If so, anybody know which one?

No. You need to use a sleeve.
