Hi All

Is there a page on the HP site I can check on frequently for OS and ROM upgrades ?

It will be. They don't have it up yet.

Has there been any talk of a rom upgrade ?

I think I am going to contact them re my wifi - I keep getting a problem where my wifi is on for 5 secs then off for 5 secs over and over- with the light going green while on and orange while off :(

Haven't really heard anything. But let's be real, the 5450 is not widely available yet. It would take at least 3-4 months for any update to happen.

Now, I know that there is word that HP is working in a new driver for the 5450 WiFi. My HP rep told me it was till beta.

I wonder if HP is going to bother with a ROM upgrade or just go ahead and try and get it compatable with (i assume beta versions) of the new PPC OS.

Interesting, because HP never asked me on any of my 3 pickups if I wanted insurance. :)

Did a thread get split or something? This doesn't make much sense here, but does in the iPAQ service rant (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7289&highlight=) thread.

Just curious....

No split, but maybe I replied to the wrong window (I tend to queue up a bunch of threads at a time)... either that, or the server is messing with my head. 8O
