bluetooth connetion with t39mc

I used to connect to internet with my loox and t39 via bluetooth connection, but I don't know why now when I hit
"connection" button on my loox the dialing box come up but my phone take no action at all?
Is pocket plug free has to open each time?
(I mean after I turn on my loox, I can not go directly to Pocket IE and I have to start pocket plug free first?

Hello,

As far as I know, you have to have pocket plug free running in order to make a connection to your phone via bluetooth. I think the plug free program supplies the bluetooth functionality. And, of course, the bluetooth hardware switch has to be on...

also, try rebooting your device. I noticed that I can connect 2-3 times reliably to my phone - and then my LOOX gets confused...don't know whether it is PPC 2002 OS or the plug free software.
