I ordered Axim X5 on Jan 6. According to the acknowledgement email, I should have received an order confirmation email in 24 hours.

It's almost 2 days and I've not received anything yet from Dell. I tried to call Dell to check on status and all I got are automated responses asking me for order number.

Can someone give the correct Dell # and extension number where I can talk to a real person? Thanks

Try e-mailing through their help form on-line. I have typically gotten a response within 12 hours.
