Probably a dumb question re: Palm Media

I have an ancient Palm OS device right now which I'm planning to retire in favor of a snazzy, new Pocket PC device. The thing is that I've bought quite a few ebooks in the Palm Digital Media format. I know that Palm makes a Pocket PC reader, but I wonder if I will be able to re-download the Palm format books I've already purchased in the Pocket PC format to read on my new device?

Has anyone done this?

Yup. Same format. Your bookmarks will be lost, but the books themselves work just fine. :)
