I may be missing something but I cannot find a way to view folders more than one level deep from MyDocuments in Word or Excel. Is there any way to do this? Is there an add-on for this?

If this has come up in another topic in the forums, I'm sorry but I couldn't ind it.

Thanks, Mark

you can't browse any deeper the one folder, that's by design with all the MS PPC2k2 apps. If you use the default file explorer it won't even allow you to create the folders any deeper then 1 level under "my documents".

The only way to get to those files would be to use another file explorer (such as resco's). Browse to the file and open it from within the 3rd part file explorer.

No, you can use the default file explorer to open more than one folder deep. You just cannot access it through the open window in Word or Excel.

my fault, I meant windows explorer on the PC. If you try to make a folder more then one level deep under My Documents on the PPC by using the Windows Explorer on your PC you'll receive an error about creating folders more then one deep. I have a screen shot but it seems this board doesn't allow file uploads.
