Hi.....i like a few other i know bought the pocket pc phone edition on EBAY...my phone came unlocked.....

If anything should go wrong with the phone, does anyone know how i could obtain a replacement? or support with the HARDWARE.....im my mind hardware support should be available to anyone with the phone as t mobile brands it...

Has anyone been able to obtain tech support whose in my similar situation?

I dont have a recept just the retail box all everything in that...

any ideas would be greatly appreciate

(trying to be pro active here, should anything go wrong in the future..i paid alot for this phone, and i would hate to see it become an expensive coaster)

I don't know how this would work. If you bought it on eBay from a "store" then I am sure that the "store" would be able to give you some type of warranty should something go wrong; if they're reputable. However; this does not sound like the case. eBay is like a giant "flea market." It's "buyer beware" and usually "you get what you pay for." So, to be brutally honest you probably went cheap on a product you shouldn't have went cheap on and in the end if something does happen you either would have to send it to PPCTechs to have them fix it or use it as an "expensive coaster." Like I said to you in an earlier post, call T-Mobile and ask them about this situation.
