Ok, I could use a little help. I installed the trial version of Pocket Informant, but through the January 1st contest on Pocket PC Thoughts, I won Agenda Fusion. After uninstalling Pocket Informant, I still have the informant Utils folder listed in programs on my pocket pc. Can someone tell me how that can be removed?
As always, I appreciate all of your help!

Browse to the Windows/Start Menu/Programs folder using File Explorer or Explorer in Activesync and delete the PI folder.

That did the trick. After many, many years I am just now moving to the Pocket PC from Palm so please forgive my "rookie" questions and issues. I knew someone would come through for me.
Thanks!!!!!!!!

No problem. One of the things to remember is that a PocketPC is much more like a "real" computer in terms of the way it operates than a Palm. Many things that would apply to a desktop (such as this issue) also apply to PPC. One thing I recommend is to use the Explore button on ActiveSync and just look around at how files are stored - much different than Palm, very similar to Windows.
Note - a difference I found but did NOT expect between PC Windows and PPC 2002 is that the operating system and many applications will only look in My Documents, and one level deeper (ie, in the folders within My Documents, but no further subfolders) when looking for files to open. Also, theme files (the .tsk files that have the pictures for the Today screen) have to be either in the root of My Documents or in the Windows directory I believe. Makes things look a little messier than I'd like, what with 60 files in My Documents... I much prefer nested folders.
Feel free to post additional questions.
