Deleting files...help

i get this message while trying to delete some music files off my Axim..


Cannot delete .. Access is denied

Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and the file is not currently in use.


..I close all programs and tried to delete it but it wont' kept giving me the same message with that big red/white X

Hmm, make sure you're not synced, try soft resetting, then repeat? (Soft reset by pushing the stylus on the side button under record. DO NOT push the power button at the same time)

Try doing a SOFT reset on the device. If that doesn't work, also reset the computer. I recommend disconnecting the PDA while the computer is rebooting. I've noticed that some problems come up for me if mine's in the cradle at PC boot-time.

tho im still been trying to figure out how to delete an icon ... i d/l a trial version of a game... i removed the game but the icon still remains in teh game folder... has anyone dealt with this at all or have a solution with doing a hard reset.

No sweat, just open file explorer, goto windows, start menu, programs, games and delete the file.
