PPC E-mail help please

I am new to the platform and I am wondering why no more than three inbox messages are synced to my iPAQ. Also, is there a way to delete from my PDA and not my inbox? Finally (and off-topic), how do I view Acrobat files? Thanks.

check your settings under options for the e-mail. you might have certain categories chosen or something else funky. not sure about the second part of your question...the thought is unclear.
