Anybody used this ciglighter charger/holder?

My new pickup only has a tape deck, but I don't have many tapes. Rather than installing a new stereo, for now I've considered using a tape adapter to play MP3 files.

Anyhow, I thought that this holder/charger combo would help do that:

Has anybody used this, or something similar? How well does it stay in the outlet? Does it ever fall out?

the two keys are if they have a model specifically for your PPC, and your cigarette lighter socket is in the right place.
