Has anybody else read Brighthand's predictions for 2003? IMO, contrary to what they claim, there wasn't any prediction that was "out on a limb". Palm will obviously continue to update their OS and even I can see that MS would probrably try to move towards a core standardized code for all of their operating systems.

There was not a whole lot of anything that anyone did not already know.
I would agree with the idea of MS moving to a univeral OS for all devices, but I think that will be a year or two down the road. IMO it will not be before "Longhorn" ships becuase a totally new OS would require different hardware.
I could not help but shake my head at their predictions. They seem to be SOOO blindly devoted to Palm OS.
Why not just scrap the dual platform facade and call the site BrightPalm?
I think will MS will consolidate platforms but I think it will be around Windows CE.NET. When Longhorn comes along it sounds like they will be able to make it resizable and I am sure they are not going to want to consolidate to another OS before that one.
added: Forgot to say that the article at Bright...Hand is 80% PalmOS and 10% PocketPC (the other 10% is other stuff). Sheesh!!
