I think what you're looking for is the Dual PC Card sleeve and then a PC Card-> CF adaptor that will let you use CF cards in a PC Card slot.

That's the only combination I know of that will do what you want.

Amazon.com currently has the dual PC Card sleeve for $159.99. The adaptor should run you around $10 at CompUSA or Amazon...
