Any of you experience extreme delays when logging into, say, MSN moble using .NET Passport? Am using Socket 802.11 CF WiFi card. Most of the time, the login is painfully slow ... about 1 - 2 minutes. Thereafter, each webpage from MSN Moble actually slows down as compared to if you did not log into .NET.
Doing the same access while docked and Activesync passthru is slightly faster, but only about 20%.
As comparison, when I login the regular MSN homepage using Thunderhawk to check hotmail, the .NET Passport login is instantaneous and checking email is speedy.
Is PIE and .NET Passport simply braindead or am I missing something?
New: I've disable the 128bit WEP and .NET login executes smoothly ! But I certainly don't want to operate my wireless network that way.
