So, the question... Why sell it?

I'm from the winter wonder land Norway, so I'll not buy your e740, but am considering buying a new one. Today I have a iPAQ h3850 with a AmbiCom WLAN CF-card that eats batterypower for breakfast... and during work hours I use a Audiovox GPRS-CF card (because I'm mostly out with customers)

Will the e740 be able to serve my needs? I'm mostly conserned about batterylife, but I'll mostly use the WLAN at home, så most of the time the WLAN will be turned off...

The h5450 is too expensive, but I need both CF and SD-slots and 64Megs of RAM, in Norway we're not able to get a Dell, and I've gotten some bad experiences with the LOOX.
