I just got a Toshiba e740. So far I love it! Now for my 2 dq's:
1. Will it run software designed for the ARM processor?
2. How do I find out if I need EEU3?

1) Yes.

This may be too late, but you can tell if EUU3 is installed by verifying the version of Windows Media Player; it should be 8.5.

Or see if you have the Bliss theme.
