Jornada 568 ROM crash

I've got 2 Jornada 568 : one is in order of work but the second is crashed (EUU3 update without the firmware installed).
I've got a CF, 2 USB craddle.

I extract my ROM with 2 method OSLoader and BootBlaster. But, which format for the CF ?
I can enter in the "parrot" mode = bootloader (task+calendar+soft-reset), have the choice of the flash mode, but, then, I don't know what I have to do. (the CF choice seems to do nothing)

What should I do to repair the second ?... I'm sure there is only one or two little-little things that are missing !

I've just managed to fry my 565 with a unsucessful rom update. Did you ever work out how to load the firmware update from the CF card and onboard bootloader ???

On the french forum Sorobangeeks (http://forum.sorobangeeks.com/viewtopic.php?t=693&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=jornada+rom&start=30), a guy -marc100x- reflashed its crashed jornada.... I can't really tell you how, because he used Linux, Jflash and other things that I don't know !!! :? ... but you, you can perhaps understand what he said !
