Anyone know if there be such a thing?

I ask because in addition to the iPAQ for which I carry a semi-alright set of wired Koss headphones, I also carry the cell phone and a headset for it...all of which (in addition to other accessories) stay in my 'man bag' (just can't call it a purse :)) when not in use.

It's hard enough keeping the wires from *one* headset from getting tangled/twisted. With 2 in the same compartment, the whole thing begins to look like a plate of pasta gone bad in no time flat.

And yes, I know.....'wireless' is *THE* kewl way to go, but it'll be a cold day in you know where before I spend $179 for a bluetooth headset. So, I was just wondering if anyone had run across a 'retractable' device. Something that works along the lines of a tape measure....pulll it out when needed, then push a button to suck it back in when done.

Any 'Thoughts' ?

Search retractable earbud on Amazon. They have a few choices.

It's not quite what you want, but my Koss headphones came with a set of earbuds, too. The earbuds have a little case that you can wind the cord into when you're done with them.

My kids got me Phillips HE9. They are earbuds with a retractable cord (you just push a button and they rewind) and in-line volume control.

They sound really good and work great with my 5455. I carry a fanny pak and wanted something that was retractable, quick and easy to use.

I'm really pleased.
