Blank Email??

I have a strange thing happening with my email. All email that comes from my corp office shows up blank when it syncs with my Axim.
I do get the subject, to & from but the body is blank on the PPC.

All of my other email comes in & shows up just fine on the PPC. ALL email is showing up just fine on the laptop too.

Activesync 3.6, Dell Axim, Outlook 2000

Any one have any ideas?

Check to make sure that Activesync is set to download the whole email. Tools>Options Highlight Inbox then choose Settings.

Are there bitmaps in the email or other embedded data that might be larger than the size limits in the Activesync setting? If there is then Activesync will ignore any data in the email body.

I ran across a similar issue when I had my Philips Nino 510. It was an Activesync issue. Once I got my settings right, it picked right up.
