Uninstalling PC Informant

I am a new user. I loaded PC Informant on a trial basis to make comparison to Fusion Agenda to see which one I like best. Now, I can't uninstall PC Informant from my iPaq 3955. I've tried 5-7 times, soft resetting along the way. It still shows up in the menu for program removal. I deleted some of the programs/files that were readily identifiable in Window folder. Should I re-install and then try to remove again?

are you familiar with the phm Rrgistry editor? you can download that and erase everything from webis. but, if you're not too keen on using that i wouldn't suggest it.
