iPaq 5455 Built in Voice?

I was in CompUSA today talking to a representative about the iPaq 5455. They told me that it has integrated voice and data capabilities that would operate on the AT&T cell phone network. All I need to do is just get a SIM card from AT&T.

I looked under the battery, and sure enough, the unit takes a SIM card. But, I called AT&T and couldn't find anything. I also found no mention of it on the web! Has anyone on the site used this unit with integrated wireless on cell-phone networks?

It is a misconception, a phone version of the 5xxx is expected in the future with the same body model. Even though the 54xx has a SIM card, it is likely the slot is there in anticipation for the future model which sports a similar body. In short, it cannot serve as a cell phone.
