Anyone get Pocket Expense (MS Power Toys) working?

I installed the PPC and desktop apps. When I try to import expenses.xml on the desktop, I get a compiler error "Sub or fiction not found" It's specifically looking for "Split". Any ideas? When I installed the PPC part, I kept the newest dll's.

I have no problem to install this app. However, forget about this app. It is painly slow even under my Axim 400. I don't know what cause this slowness.
