Hi,

I'm trying to setup my new iPaq 3970 with my Windows NT 4 Workstation machine at work, and I'm having trouble exploring the iPaq from the desktop. They connect okay with ActiveSync, but when I click "Explore" nothing happens. I get the same result (i.e. nothing) when I go to "Mobile Device" in "My Computer".

I have rebooted the machine and soft-reset the iPaq, and it hasn't made any difference. The desktop is running NT4 SP6a. No error messages on either the desktop or the iPaq.

Anyone have any ideas?

If you have a firewall on your computer try turning it off. I have zonealarm and for some reason when its active and I try explore i get an error jeff

No firewall software running, and no error messages either. :-(
