Expected battery life on 3955

I am the proud new owner of an iPAQ 3955, this is my first pocketpc device and so far I am loving it!

One thing I was wondering about is what type of batterylife should I expect with normal usage on a full charge? (ie no external sleeves or devices, brightness at reasonable levels etc) I am guessing that 4 hours of average "ON" time is what I am getting.

Also is there any guidelines on how much "off" time I should get? How much battery is used keeping the ram juiced when the device is off. Can I let it sit out of the charger unued for a week? (not sure that this would EVER hapen but........)

4 hours is about right, dont forget the benchmarks on the web site are with nothing running and with the back light off.

As for being turned off. This depends on your standby settings in the power settings.

On a full charge you should get a week or more on standby but you can adjust this by using the standby settings.
