OK, I'm no idiot but I'm not real savvy with all this PPC, cell phone connection stuff. I am willing to buy whatever PDA I have to if I can get this done. Here's what I want to do. I want to use my PDA for routine stuff like calendars, to do lists, ... etc. Replace my paper organizer. I also want the capability to log onto the web and send/ receive e-mail and browse certain sites. Not very much, maybe a few times daily to view mail mostly. The ability to download files from e-mail and use them with a PIM is a must.
Here's what I have now. A verizon account that I can change or drop and pick up another provider if needed. The phone I currently have is a LG-510. I also have a SouthernLinc service with a Motorola phone, model i55sr.
I'm kinda overwhelmed with all the technical information out there. I just want the simplest and hopefully an affordable method.

Thanks for any help.

John

P.S. I don't really want to go with one of the combo phone/ PDA units. If its small enough to be a phone, its too small for a PDA. And I think most PDA's are too big to be a phone.

Thanks!

This isn't exactly what you're looking for but here is a basic overview about the built in internet capabilities of the software in PPC 2002.
