My Axim power light won't stop blinking even when the unit is off? Is this normal..or is there a way to fix this?

You might want to check if you have a reminder set in your calendar or your tasks. That's the only time I have seen the light blinking when the device is turned off.

I have had this happen occasionally with an iPaq 36xx and 38xx. I have not been able to isolate the root cause, but suspect that it has something to do with my USB drivers (as I power my iPaq via a synch/charge cable connected to a USB slot). There are times when the iPaq can't initiate a good relationship/connection with the PC, times when I get your issue, and other times when the charging light blinks, but the iPaq is not being charged. Only solution I have found is to soft reset the iPaq...then all is well.
