Cannot play real file in ppc ? why?

I installed RealOne Mobile... but, for my regret, I can only hear the sound with no picture... dark screen..

I am now using the e740.... anyone knows the reason behind ??
and how can I solve this issue ??

Yup, that's the one I had. Not worth the space it took up, I deleted it.
