Well that's what this thread I found over on Dave Coffings Forums says. Hope it's true, they say it'll update the radio stack too! Yippee!!

T-mobile stated that once it's released everyone that has a Pocket PC Phone will receive an SMS message stating that it's available for download. So, keep checking your phone. I heard early next year, but if it's sooner then I'm not complaining at all! I can't wait either!
