notes/storage card

I'm sure this has probably been answered in this forum before, so I apoligize for reposting.
I like to keep as much data as possible stored on a flash memory card rather than eating up my precious ram. I store most of my notes directly to the storage card, but they don't sync with outlook if they are not in main ram. Any way around this?

HPCNotes. Hands down the way notes should have been done on PPC2002. http://www.phatware.com/hpcnotes/ Stores all notes in a db (which you can put in a different location like a storage card). Sync's with Outlook (even sync's categories!)
